Conductor: soft annealed copper wire diameter of
1,2 mm, class 1 (EN 60228)
Insulation: foamed polyethylene with a thin layer of solid polyethylene, foam-skin PE
(EN 50290-2-23).
Twisting elements: star quads
Cable core: group (G) or concentrically stranded
Filling: compound with drop point above +70C
(IEC 60708, Part H, type 2)
Core wrapping: paper or other non-hygroscopic dialectric material (polyester tapes)
Inner sheath: PE sheath, black colour
(EN 50290-2-24)
Moisture barrier: Swell able tape
Inductive protection: screen of aluminum wires
Moisture barrier: Swell able tape
Outer laminated sheath: aluminium tape covered on both sides with a layer of copolymer-ethylene and firmly glued with PE sheath
(EN 50290-2-24).
Sheath colour black, RAL 9005 (UV protection).
APPLICATION:
Cables are used as telecommunication cables in cases where is required additional inductive protection.
Cable can be installed into the ground or in duct.
The permissible temperature range for these cables is:
– during installation: from -5°C to +50°C
– during operation: from -30°C to +50°C
