(colour of 5. quad only for group stranding)
Twisting elements: star quads (pairs)
Cable core: concentrically stranded

Outer sheath: PE sheath (EN 50290-2-24).
The polyethylene sheath includes a cable core and supporting rope and it has the shape of a figure eight.
Sheath colour black (UV protection).
APPLICATION:
It is used in local network for subscriber and
trunk lines, laid at supports on the ground
walls, roofs.
Supporting strand consists of galvanized steel wires and at a normal span withstands its own cable weight with additional loading as wind, snow, ice, etc.
The permissible temperature range:
– during installation: from -5°C to +50°C
– during operation: from -30°C to +50°C
