CONSTRUCTION:
Conductor: soft annealed copper wire diameter of
0,8 mm; 0,9 mm and 1,2 mm, class 1 (EN 60228)
Insulation: foamed polyethylene with a thin layer of solid polyethylene, foam-skin PE (EN 50290-2-23).
Colour code:
1. first quad: a-red, b-black, c-blue, d-orange
2. for direction: a-green, b-black, c-blue, d-orange
3. odd: a-gray, b-black, c-blue, d-orange
4. even: a-yellow, b-black, c-blue, d-orange
5. quad: a-white, b-black, c-blue, d-orange
(colour of 5. quad only for group stranding)
Twisting elements: star quads
Cable core: group (G) or concentrically stranded
Filling: compound with drop point above +70C
(EN 50290-2-28)
Core wrapping: paper or other non-hygroscopic dialectric material (polyester tapes)
Inner laminated sheath: aluminium tape covered on both sides with a layer of copolymer-ethylene and firmly glued with PE sheath
(EN 50290-2-24).
Armour: two steel tapes (mechanical protection)
Outer sheath: PE polyethylene sheath
(EN 50290-2-24).
Sheath colour black, RAL 9005 (UV protection).
APPLICATION:
For the connection of individual exchanges
in decentralized local networks and network
group. Cables are used in cases where is required additional mechanical protection. Cables are laid direct in the ground or in cable sewage.
The permissible temperature range for these cables is:
– during installation: from -5°C to +50°C
– during operation: from -30°C to +50°C
