CONSTRUCTION
Conductor: bare copper conductor, fine wired stranded, class 5, according to SRPS N.C0.015,
IEC 60228.
Insulation: PVC compound, TI2 acc. to HD 21.1/ DIN VDE 0281 or YI2 acc. to VDE 0207 part 4, with green-yellow core, always in external layer (≥ 3 cores) or without green-yellow core.
Colour code: acc. to DIN VDE 0293 black numbered or coloured
Core: 2 or 5 cores are stranded together.
Filling: suitable material.
Electric protection: braid of bare or tinned
copper wires.
Sheath: Special PVC compound, for flexible conductors, TM2 acc. to HD 21.1/DIN VDE 0281 or YM2 acc. to VDE 0207 part 5.
Under the sheath can be placed a separating layer.
Sheath colour can be white, grey or black.
Behaviour in fire: IEC 60332-1
APPLICATION
For connection of mobile user devices at medium mechanical tensile strains, where one cannot expect mechanical damages and electric shock risk, near data processing and data transfer devices and cables.
Permissible conductor temperature:
– max operating temperature +70°C,
– in short circuit (max 5 s), max +160°C.
Permissible environment temperature:
at laying and handling, min +5°C.
BENDING RADIUS (min.):
Smallest bending radius for permanently laid cable: 5D (D – diameter of cable).
