CONSTRUCTION
Conductor: solid annealed copper conductor, class 1 or multi wire class 2, according to
DIN VDE 0295, IEC 60228
Insulation: cross-linked halogen-free polymer, HXI1 acc. to DIN VDE 0266
Core: concentrically stranded cores, colour marked acc. to HD 308 S2/VDE 0293-308, with or without protective yellow-green conductor
Filler: extruded halogen free layer over stranded cores.
Concentric conductor: copper wire with
counter spiral made from copper tape
Sheath: halogen free corsslinked compound
base on polyolefin (HXM1, prema DIN VDE 0266).
Sheath colour: black for power cables; blue for
cable that is used for self-safety circuits.
Flame retardant: IEC 60332-1
No flame propagation: IEC 60332-3 cat. C
Halogen-free: IEC 60754-1
Non-corrosive combustion gases: IEC 60754-2
Low smoke density: IEC 61034-2
APPLICATION
Cables are intended for installation in buildings
with increased requirements for safety of people
and property, in buildings where the rescue of
people and animals is difficult (high buildings all
types in which resides a number of people and
animals), public, business and other objects for
which if very important not to spread fire fast
and endangering people with smoke. It is allowed to be put in the open air. It is not allowed to be put in the earth or in the water.
Permissible conductor temperature:
– max operating temperature +90°C
– in short circuit (max 5 s), max +250°C
Permissible environment temperature:
– at laying and handling, min +5C to +50C
BENDING RADIUS (min.):
– single core cables 15D; (D – cable diameter)
– multi-wires cable 12D
