CONSTRUCTION
Conductor:
– phase conductor and public illumination
conductor: rope consists of aluminium wires,
– supporting neutral conductor: rope of
aluminium alloy AlMgSi.
Insulation: XLPE for each element of the bundle.
Bundle: stranded cores around neutral conductor.
Core marking:
– the cores of the phase conductors are marked
with numbers: 1,2,3.
– neutral supporting core has got a triangular
bulge along the whole length.
– public illumination cores are marked by the
identifications R1 and R2.
APPLICATION
Cable is used for distributive low-voltage air
networks in urban areas. Cable is intended
for supply of remote facilities and villages of
temporary and permanent character. It can
use for air household connections. Reduces
the risk of short circuit due to contact with the
conductor, vault, it is easy to set and requires no
cutting of trees along the route. It can be placed
on concrete, steel or wooden poles; the console
attached to the facade of the building, next to
the facade, the wooden or steel construction.
Permissible conductor temperature:
– max operating temperature +90°C,
– in short circuit (max 5 s), max +250°C
Permissible environment temperature:
at laying and handling, min -20°C

Smallest bending radius at bundle laying:
– for bundle with q ≤50 mm2 – 6D
– for bundle with q = 70 mm2 – 9D
(D – diameter bundle),
– for wire – 4 d(d1) (d, d1- diameter core)
Smallest bending radius during installation:
– for bundle with q ≤ 50 mm2 – 14 D
– for bundle with q = 70 mm2 – 9 D(D-diameter bundle)
– for wire – 6 d (d1) (d, d1- diameter core)
