CONSTRUCTION:
Conductor: annealed copper wire 0,9 mm
and 1,4 mm diameter.
Insulation: PVC compaund type YI1 acc. to
VDE 0207.
Cable core: cores are stranded in concentric layers.
The individual layers are wrapped with a textile thread or a plastic band in the form of an open coil.
Belt insulation: thermoplastic tapes (polyester tapes).
Inner sheath: PVC compound type YM1 acc. to VDE 0207, black colour.
Armour: galvanized steel tape wrapping with a gap of 2 mm. Wrapping of one steel tape
0,2 mm for construction up to 8 cores, and 0,3 mm for constructions with more than 8 cores.
Outer sheath: PVC compound type YM1 acc. to VDE 0207. Sheath colour black, (UV protection).
Flame retardant:

APPLICATION:
These cables are used for connection of station signal-safety equipments on electrified main railways single-phase lines of the 25 kV system,
50 Hz and DC system 3000 V.
The cables can be laid directly in the ground, in pipes, in channels, as well as indoors.
The permissible temperature range:
– at laying: from -5°C to +50°C
– before and after laying: up to +70°C
Smallest bending radius: 15D
