CONSTRUCTION:
Conductor: annealed copper wire 0,9 mm
diameter and 1,4 mm diameter.
Insulation: solid polyethylene (PE).
Core: cores are stranded in concentric layers.
The individual layers are wrapped with a textile thread or a plastic band in the form of an open coil.
Belt insulation: thermoplastic tapes (polyester tapes)
Inner sheath: PVC compound type YM1 acc. to VDE 0207, black colour.
Armour: steel tape wrapping with a gap of 2 mm. Wrapping of one steel tape 0,2 mm for construction up to 8 cores, and 0,3 mm for constructions with more than 8 cores.
Outer sheath: PVC compound type YM1 acc. to
VDE 0207. Sheath colour black (UV protection).
APPLICATION:
These cables are used to connect signaling and safety devices to the electrified mainline lines of the 25 kV single-phase system, 50 Hz and DC system 3000 V.
The cables can be laid directly in the ground, in pipes, in channels, as well as indoors.
The permissible temperature range:
– at laying: from -5°C to +50°C
– before and after laying: up to +70°C
Smallest bending radius: 15D
