Conductor: Solid bare copper, soft annealed, nominal diameter 0,9 mm (EN 60228)
Insulation: Polyethylene L/MD type,
acc. to EN 50290-2-23 (HD 624.3 S1)
Twisting elements: pair
Cable core: Two insulated conductors stranded in pair (if necessary, two fillers)
Colour insulation: white (natural) and blue
Bedding: One or more layers of plastic, non-hygroscopic tapes, helicoidally, with overlap.
Armouring: Corrugated steel tape, nominal thickness 0,15 mm (0,25 mm total), coated on both sides with an adherent ethylene copolymer,
longitudinally, bonded with outer sheath.
Outer sheath: Halogen free flame retardant thermoplastic sheathing compound, nominal thickness 1,5 mm, green colour RAL 6018,
acc. to EN 50290-2-27 (HD 624.7 S1)
Outer diameter: nom. 9,5 mm (approx.)
max. 11,0 mm

APPLICATION:
These cables are used in stationary rail facilities for medium-short distance and suitable for indoor and outdoor installations (in tunnel too).
The permissible temperature range:
– during operation: from -30°C to +70°C
Min. permissible bending radius:
– during operation ≥145 mm
– during installation 190 mm
