CONSTRUCTION:
Conductor: Solid bare copper, soft annealed, nominal diameter 1,53 mm (EN 60228)
Insulation: Polyethylene PE (EN 50290-2-23)
Twisting element: quad
Cable core:
Four insulated conductors stranded in pair
(if necessary, one filler in centar of quad)
Colour insulation:
a–white; b–orange; c–turquoise; d–violet
Bedding: One or more layers of plastic, non-hygroscopic tapes, helicoidally, with overlap.
Laminated inner sheath: Two tinned copper drain wires 0,8 mm applied under laminated sheath formed by an aluminium tape (0,20 mm thick) coated on one side with copolymer, metal side facing inward, bonded with PE sheath, black colour.
Armouring: Two layers of galvanized steel tapes (2B0,2), helically wrapped with gap, according to DIN 17162; ASTM 525/93, EN 10142, EN 10143
Outer sheath: Polyethylene (PE), black color

APPLICATION:
These cables are used in stationary rail facilities for connection of ETCS balises and suitable for outdoor installations.
The permissible temperature range:
– during installation: -20°C to +60°C
– during operation: from -40°C to +60°C
Bending radius: 20D (D – cable diameter)
