IEC 60502-2
Nominal voltage U0/U: 6/10 kV
Test voltage: 21 kV
CONSTRUCTION:
Conductor: multi-core annealed conductor
class 2, copper PHP 84 (NYSEYRGY) or aluminium PHP 84-A (NAYSEYRGY)
according to SRPS N.C0.015, IEC 60288.
Inner semi-conductive layer
Insulation: special high-voltage PVC compound
Outer semi-conductive layer: extruded,
with wrapped semi-conductive tape over
extruded layer.
Electric protection (screen): wrapped copper tape around each conductor.
Core: 3 cores are stranded together.
Separate sheath: extruded, non hygroscopic layer.
Armour: wrapped round galvanized steel
wires with or without contra helical galvanized
steel tape (contra-helical tape is mandatory for cables used in mines).
Outer sheath: PVC compound
Sheath colour black, for use in mining red.
APPLICATION
In urban networks, industrial plants and
electric power plants, when the cable is
exposed to severe mechanical tensile strains
during laying down or use. For laying in ducts,
in the open air and in earth. Suitable for cable
lifting in mines.
Permissible conductor temperature:
– max operating temperature +70°C
– in short circuit (max 5 s), max +160°C
Permissible environment temperature:
at laying and handling, min +5°C
BENDING RADIUS (min.):
– 15D (D – cable diameter)
